halcyon is a hosted, single-user environment for a general AI agent. We provide reasonable uptime and accept that quiet tools fail quietly. Status notes appear in the footer.

Do not use halcyon to harm a person, to generate material that violates the rights of others, or to scrape sources at a rate that breaks them. The rest is up to you.

Drafts, plans, and code produced inside halcyon are yours. We claim no licence over them. We do ask that you check them before publishing or shipping — a quiet agent is not a fact-checker.

You may close your account at any time. We may close it if you violate the use clause above. We will export your sessions first.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where halcyon is incorporated. Disputes are settled in good faith before they reach a court.
